Siliguri is situated on the banks of Mahananda River in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a principal commercial, tourism, transportation, and educational center in the northern part of West Bengal. It is also the transit point for air, road, and railway traffic to the northeast states and the neighboring countries of Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal. Siliguri has been witnessing an economic boom in the organized retail, hospitality, and real estate industries due to its strategic geographical location and subsequent growth of population.
I have started this discussion as this beautiful township is now under the control of brokers who are artificially increasing the price of land and independent house as and when the owners are trying to sell out their properties.
This is not only depriving the genuine buyers but also hampers the interest of the sellers. No body is getting fair price and some middlemans who are earing handsome brokerage when they are dealing the properties.
The aim of this forum is to bring the genuine buyers and sellers who can directly deal together, and they can exchange their views and close their deals.
